Regulatory Approvals
All medical products sold in Canada must be registered with Medical Devices Bureau Therapeutic Products Directorate, Health Canada. Baylis Medical Canada obtains the necessary Canadian regulatory clearance for all the products that we sell and distribute. We enjoy a good working relation with Health Canada's Medical Devices Bureau.
Products that connect to a power source must also have Canadian Standards Associations (CSA) approvals to be eligible for sale in Canada. Baylis Medical Canada works with the CSA to obtain the required approval for electrical products.
